Buyer’s Premium: 

- A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases unless otherwise stated in the individual lot description. 

Payment Terms: 

- All invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours of the auction’s close.

 - Accepted forms of payment: wire transfer, certified funds, company or personal check (with bank letter of guarantee), or approved credit card.

 - A processing fee of 3% will apply for credit card transactions. - Credit card transactions can not exceed $2,500.00 Titles & Documentation: 

- Titles to vehicles, trailers, and equipment requiring registration will be issued in the registered bidder’s name only after full payment has been received and cleared. 

- Buyer is responsible for all title transfer / processing fees - Title delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Payment Instructions: 

- Payment is due in full on auction day or immediately upon receipt of invoice. 

- Accepted forms of payment include cash, wire transfer, certified check, and credit/debit cards (subject to applicable fees). 

- Credit card purchase limit is $2,500.00 - 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card purchases 

- No items will be released until payment is received in full.

- Invoices not paid in full within 48 hours may result in late fees, loss of bidding privileges, interest charges (up to 18% APR), and legal or collection actions. 

- The Auctioneer reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any unpaid balance after the 48-hour period.

Removal of Purchases: 

- All items must be removed within 7 days of auction close unless prior arrangements have been made. 

- Buyers are responsible for all costs of removal, including rigging, loading, and transportation. 

Condition of Goods: 

- All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS and without any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. 

- Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person or request additional details before bidding. 

Failure to Pay or Remove Purchases: 

- Any buyer failing to complete payment or remove purchases within the stated timeframes will forfeit all rights to the items. The Auctioneer may resell the items at the buyer’s risk and expense, and the defaulting buyer may be held liable for any deficiency, costs, and legal fees. 

Auctioneer’s Rights: 

- Keystone Auction Company LLC reserves the right to reject any bid, cancel any sale, or resell any item due to bidder default. - Announcements made by the Auctioneer on sale day take precedence over all prior advertising and representations. 

Online Bidding Acknowledgment: 

- By registering and bidding through Proxibid, buyers acknowledge and agree to all Proxibid Terms of Use in addition to these Special Terms of Sale.
