This auction is online only and pick up only,. Bower Auctions does offer inhouse packing and shipping on common, easily handled items. Some items may be brought to the UPS Store if deemed necessary by the company. Be sure you are able to pick up items at the posted pick up day and time. INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM OF 15% ON ALL MERCHANDISE. The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction unless you specifically call us ahead of time to arrange for different payment. Please note the 15% buyer's fee applies to all purchases regardless of payment method. The credit card bidders choose to use for registration will be authorized at that time. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover ONLY. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. Auction Company reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or check) for larger amounts. Please note that the merchandise must be picked up during specified pickup times. There is no storage available. Buyers should bring their own moving personnel and equipment, if needed. If you do not pick-up your items on Specified Pickup Day and Time, your items will be Disposed Of or Resold At Our Discretion. You Forfeit Your Rights To These Items, Even Though You Have Already Been Charged. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! The Buyer shall be responsible to Bower Auctions LLC for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All property is sold 'AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. Bower Auctions LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Bower Auctions LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We Highly Encourage Attending Or Scheduling Inspections Before Bidding. Bower Auctions LLC Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will begin to close at specified times. Bower Auctions LLC Online Auctions feature a Soft Close. The Soft Close feature remains active until no further bids are received on an item within said items two minute closing window. When a bid is placed in the final two minutes of an item closing, the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction is scheduled to begin closing lots at 4:00PM and a bid is received at 3:59PM, the close time on that lot will automatically extend two minutes. Items will close every fifteen seconds there after unless there is still active bidding on said item, in which case that specific items closing time will be extended the two minutes until all active bidding has ended. For Example: The second item will schedule to close at 6:00:15, the third item closes at 6:00:30 and so on and so forth until all items have closed. Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Bower Auctions LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidders who bid from offsite understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bower Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Bower Auctions LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the days of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Bower Auctions LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Bower Auctions LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Bower Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers may be required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax unless you have a resale number on file with Bower Auctions LLC PRIOR TO THE SALE-NO EXCEPTIONS. Sales tax applies to the entire transaction including the buyer fee. In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, Bower Auctions LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction.
