When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction with all faults or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.
Rocking T Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition. Once the item leaves the Auction House/Lot it is not returnable for any reason.

Pickup Date & Information: Friday Nov. 14th 9am - 6:00pm & Sat. Morning 11/15 - 9:00am - Noon by Appointment Only. To make appointment please respond to a Text or e mail sent out from Shipping Saint to schedule a pickup time. If an alternate pickup date is desired a $25 charge will be paid in cash to reschedule a pickup. A Tractor & Loader will be available to assist in loading items from 9am to 5:00pm daily. Removal & Transportation of items shall be at the expense,liability and risk of the buyer. Rocking T Auction will not be held liable for any damage, loss or injury to anything or anyone during the loading & Auction Pickup process.

Unless alternate pick up arrangements are made, any items left after the pickup date will be charged $5.00 per lot, per day Storage for up to 5 days. Anything after 5 days will be considered abandoned & forfeited with no refund , items will then become the propertry of Rocking T Auction.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and those Bidders will be barred from bidding at future Auctions

Bidders acknowledge that Internet Service interputions can occur from time to time and that Rocking T Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
Rocking T Auction encourages Bidders to place Max Bids on items prior to the start of the Auction to help counter any Internet interuptions which may cause missed Bids during the Auciton.
