Must be 18 years or older to register. 2. Buyer premium shall be 18% for credit and debit cards Buyer premium shall be added to the hammer price and that sum shall be the taxable amount. 3. Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction and the card you register with will be charged. Methods of payment are AMX, VISA, Discover or MC. 4.
