2024 fall 2025 spring Tiny House :

• A team of 40 freshman students designed, drew, and then fabricated this tiny house.

• The building is a single unit with a true loft, can be hauled on a trailer designed for hauling a storage shed.

• The total footprint of the building is 10 ‘ 4 x 24 “

• The total height of the building is 11’ 10” tall

• The total heated sq. ft. is around 240 sf

• The tiny house will require special transportation permitting.

• Where as most storage shed haulers has this permit.

• The foundations are made treated 2x6 and advance tech flooring.

• The tiny house is framed with typical wood framing.

• The exterior wall skin is a combination of, wood accents and hardy board.

• The roofing is screw down metal panels.

• The interior is partially finished, the wiring has been pulled, panel installed and tested.

• The buyer is responsible for loading and transportation. The buildings must be removed within 30 days of the end of the sale. We will provide other documentation and assistance for disassembling and loading.
