We will attempt to describe every lot correctly and point out any defects, but we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description, condition, or estimated value. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photographs, as they constitute a key part of our description. CAREFULLY REVIEW ALL PHOTOS FOR ITEM DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION PRIOR TO PLACING A BID! WE TRY TO TAKE PHOTOS OF ANY DAMAGE THAT WE SEE, DAMAGE MAY NOT BE IN DESCRIPTION, BUT IN PHOTO. Any condition statement given by Treasure Chest Estate Sales is strictly an opinion and Treasure Chest Estate Sales shall have no responsibility for errors or omissions.

The buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased property, including all costs and expenses of handling, shipping, insurance, and is liable for the full purchase price plus the buyer's premium and applicable taxes. NJ sales tax of 6.625% will be added to the total purchase price. Buyer releases Treasure Chest Estate Sales from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit provided by a third party shippers, or movers and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Treasure Chest Estate Sales for loss or damage occurring in transit.

SALES TAX EXEMPTION: Please upload your resale certificate to your account before bidding to be enrolled in tax exemption.

SHIPPING: WE OFFER IN-HOUSE OR UPS-STORE SHIPPING FOR LIMITED ITEMS AS WELL AS DELIVERY. If you want to use in-house shipping, please contact us via email at treasurechestestate@gmail.com (please do not send text messages to the phone number) with your shipping address We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for incorrect/invalid addresses input by the buyer or lost/stolen shipments.
If we ship in house, there is an additional handling and materials charge. If we have UPS pack and ship anything, there is a $20 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not responsible for damages once items are turned over to a shipping facility.

PROPERTY REMOVAL/PICKUP: There is only one pick up day for this sale, Sunday Nov 16, from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Buyers must bring Packing Material, Tools, any Equipment needed and Help to load the items! If you arrive without help, pickup will not be allowed for safety reasons and to prevent damage to the property. There are no additional or alternative pickup dates and times for won items. We do not provide labor assistance for large items, so plan accordingly. Any item(s) not claimed by Sunday Nov 16, before 3:00PM will be subject to a $50 forfeiture fee and item(s) will be considered abandoned.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION: If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third-party shipper to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid. For authorized third parties, their name must be provided. For authorized shippers, the name of the company must be provided. We recommend that you be available via phone during the collection window if any issues arise.

In the event of a dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sales sale record is conclusive and final.
