This is an estate sale picking up from our client's home. Winning bidders will be given the address at the close of the auction. At the end of the auction we must remove everything from the site. If you cannot pickup please call us and advise. If you purchased small items we will happily hold those at our office. We cannot keep large items on hold as space is limited. Per our contract with our Client's all remaining posted items are required to be disposed of or donated at the end of the auction so please ensure you make pickup or call. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.
