Product Condition/Refunds We offer a refund if your item does not function. Refunds are available for the following listing conditions (Appears New, Factory Sealed). We do not give refunds for items listed as Damaged or Open Box. If an item does not have a listing condition it should be considered Open Box. To request a refund you must email us within 48 hours from the time you picked up your item. Refund requests should be sent to customerservice@busymos.com.
