This is an Online Auction with Internet or Absentee Bidding Only. All Internet Bidders must register Online, and Absentee Bidders must register with Iggy's Auction House, LLC. Bidding for this auction starts on Thursday, November 6th, 2025 and starts closing on Wednesday, November 19th at 6:00pm CST.

Online Auction Starts Closing Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 at 6:00pm CST. Each lot ends 30 seconds after the previous lot, bidding activity will extend 2 minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last 2 minutes. You can keep bidding on any lot as long as there is time left.

REQUIRED REGISTRATION INFORMATION TO BID
You are required to register with a valid email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. This does not mean you have to pay with the credit card that you register with. We do accept other forms of payment such as: Cash, Check, Credit or Debit Cards. Persons not giving this correct or valid information will not be allowed access to this auction.

Iggy's Auction House reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen/reschedule any auction at any time for any reason.

PAYMENT
We Accept CASH, Wisconsin CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.

Payment for any invoice that is greater than $1,000 may be required to be paid by cashier's check, cash or wire transfer unless you have a Good Buyer Payment History. NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS! Everything Sold is AS-IS. No Warranties. If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. Payment is made when you pick up your items. All items won must be paid for before any items can be picked up.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION END, which is November 23, 2025 by 6pm, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have not made payment by the 4th day after the auction closes, you agree to have the credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice which will include the 14% Buyers Premium. Then if items are not picked up within 5 days of payment, items are considered abandoned and are no longer your property unless arrangements have been made in writing. Abandoned items become the property of Iggy's Auction.

DEFAULT OF PAYMENT: If you have not made payment, your credit card is declined, or we have not received acceptable verification in order to process payment your bidding privileges will be suspended until full payment is made.

Iggy's Auction assumes if Buyer is IN-STATE that your items will be picked up. If you require shipping, please notify us by email Trina@iggysauction.com or call (715)305-2475.

BID INCREMENTS
Bidding increment are $1.00.

STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE
Staggered Close: each lot ends 30 seconds after the previous lot (all lots do not end at the same time).
Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend two (2) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last two (2) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids.

MAX BID AMOUNT
If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay, and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21. It will take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.

RESERVES
If there is a reserve on an item, the item will have an orange exclamation mark. Up until the reserve is met, you will be bidding against the reserve. Once the reserve is met, the item will have a green checkmark, then it takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction. The item does not sell unless the reserve is met.

PICKUP/PAYMENT DATES & TIMES (By Appointment Only)
Appointments to pick up can be scheduled online at IggysAuction.com. A Signup Link will be available there by 8:00pm on the day of the auction closes and on the email that you receive after the auction has ended. Please schedule a time to pick up.

Scheduled pickup days will be on Thursday, November 20th (11am-5pm) and Friday, November 21st (10am-4pm) Note: If you are not able to make it during those times, please call Trina at (715)305-2475 to schedule a special pickup time.

You are solely responsible for disassembly, removal and loading for each lot purchased by YOU. However, there will be Equipment available to help you with loading. Please bring your own tools and adequate manpower for large and heavy items to help you. There are NO carts or dollies available to assist you with removal, please bring your own. Please come prepared, as auction staff will not be able assist you with manually removing, carrying and loading your items.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU HAVE WON ITEMS AT AUCTION
Schedule your appointment to Pick Up online at IggysAuction.com. Payment can be made at the time of pick up in the form of cash, check or credit card. After the entire auction has ended you will receive 2 emails. The 1st email will be an invite for you to sign up for a pick-up time. Within a few hours after the auction has ended you will receive the 2nd email that will have information on picking up, a link to Sign up for Pick Up and attached to that email will also be your invoice. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR INVOICE BY THE NEXT DAY. (To ensure that our emails get delivered to your inbox, it would be helpful to add Trina@iggysauction.com to your email contacts.)

We gather aggregate information from this web site which may include but is not limited to: number of page visitors, most visited pages, any and all correspondence. Any individual found tampering with items on this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer will indemnify and hold Iggy's Auction House, LLC (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, members, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of Iggy's Auction House, LLC services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
