Condition: Real estate sells “As Is.” Buyers are encouraged to conduct independent inspections and due diligence.
Down Payment & Closing: 10% of the total purchase price is due on auction day. The remaining balance is due at closing, approximately 40 days following the auction. Down payment will be held in escrow with the title company.
