If you live in any State, County, City, Village, Town, etc. that has any restriction on owning ammunition, DO NOT BID! PLEASE check your firearms laws prior to bidding. We refuse the right to ship to any jurisdiction that we believe would be in violation of any city, county, state, federal or any other law.
NO AMMUNITION SALES OR SHIPPING to Alaska, Washington D.C., New York City, Chicago, California, Connecticut, or Hawaii. DO NOT BID if you live in Alaska, Washington D.C., New York City, Chicago, California, Connecticut, or Hawaii. Illinois: Buyer must provide copy of FOID & State ID with matching ship to address. Connecticut residents must provide a Copy of ACE or Pistol permit card and State ID with matching ship to address. Massachusetts residents must provide a Copy of Firearm Permit. No ammo shipping to APO & FPO Address or to P.O. Boxes.
IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK AND KNOW YOUR LOCAL FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION LAWS!! Again, it is your sole responsibility to know what you can and cannot own. Your bid is a binding contract and cannot be retracted or taken back. Please know what you are doing before placing a bid. All questions will be answered by email.

Items must be picked up by Friday, March 6th, 2026. All firearms are subject to a Firearm Background check. You must bring your valid driver's license/id and your LTC (if you have it) when you pick up your firearm.

Shipping:
Firearm shipping is available to a valid FFL Holder ONLY. Your FFL Holder must email a copy of their license with the winner's name to onlinesales@cacwaco.com. Non-Firearm lots can be shipped to the Winner's provided address. The winner will be responsible for all shipping charges plus a $10 handling fee per shipped box. ALL SHIPPING IS DONE THROUGH SHIPPING SAINT AND REQUIRES INSURANCE!!
Items must be picked within 10 business days of the auction end.

All Items must be removed within 10 business days or are subject to a $25 per day, per item storage fee! Items must be paid for by the following Wednesday, February 25th at 3pm, or the credit card on file will be charged.

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks.
$75 returned check Fee applies.
