- **Dining Set:** You'll find a beautiful Italian-made dining table, accompanied by eight chairs, two leaves, a matching server cabinet, and a glass display cabinet with ample storage. All items are in excellent condition.

**Parking Information:**
Parking is available at the borough parking lot across the street, as well as along the side streets. Please note that the driveway is designated for pick-up only. Parking on Sycamore Avenue is prohibited and may result in towing and ticketing.

**Payment and Purchase Policy:**
We accept both cash and credit cards—no exceptions. Please be aware that this is a cash-and-carry sale. We do not allow exchanges, returns, or credits under any circumstances. Ensure you thoroughly inspect your items before leaving, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred once you exit the premises. Once you take an item with you, it is considered purchased—no exceptions will be made. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the availability of items left behind, and refunds will not be issued for such cases.

**Assistance and Delivery Services:**
We recommend bringing help for larger items you may find challenging to carry. Our team at Attic to the Basement will gladly assist if we are available, but please note that assistance is limited to items weighing 10 pounds or less.

For your convenience, we offer a third-party delivery service for a fee. The cost for delivering a complete bedroom or living room set typically starts at $300, depending on your location and whether stairs are involved. Deliveries generally take place on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It is crucial that you are present at the scheduled delivery time; if not, we will not arrange a second delivery, and no refunds will be granted for purchases.
