Listing Terms and Conditions
THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION

It is very important that you read and understand all our terms and conditions before bidding, because by bidding you are entering into a legal and binding contract with Wyoming Estate Services LLC.

Also, we want you to have a great experience with no surprises!

We regret that due to increasing instances of fraud and variations of custom regulations, we DO NOT allow bidding by persons residing outside the United States, including foreign buyers using a US based shipping service. Canadian residents may bid on items EXCEPT coins, jewelry, gold or silver bullion, or any other item prohibited by Canadian customs, but are urged to contact us in advance for a shipping quote on any large or heavy items.

Please be aware that if you are new to Hibid.com and unknown to the auctioneer, you will be required to pay by cash US bank wire transfer of funds for invoices containing gold or high value invoices containing coins, bullion, and fine jewelry. We cannot accept credit card payments for these invoices. Payment must be received within three working days following the close of the auction to avoid cancellation of the transaction.

Also, we reserve the right to require payment by US bank wire transfer for payment of other high value invoices for purchases made by buyers unknown to the auctioneer.

Bank wire transfer, local cashier's check or cash payment required for all AUTOMOBILES AND MOTORCYCLES.

Auctioneer reserves the right to waive these requirements.

For invoices requiring payment by US bank wire transfer, we will send you your invoice and wire transfer instructions within 24 hours after the close of the auction.

Payment for all other invoices not requiring payment by wire transfer will be processed to the buyer's credit card that was provided at registration. Buyer agrees not to initiate any chargeback action with their credit card company against the Auctioneer.

HERE'S HOW OUR AUCTION WORKS!

1) To bid, you must register with a credit card on our auction page (wyomingestateservices.hibid.com). Be sure that the billing address that you have on file with hibid.com matches the address for your credit card to avoid problems with approval to bid. Register to bid well in advance of auction closing, as we manually review and approve all registrations and may miss your bids if you wait to the last minute to register.

2) Each item in the catalog will have photographs, a description, and the time that bidding will close for that item. The closing times are staggered to give you 15 seconds between items to bid. You will also see a display of the current amount bid and the next bid amount required.

3) Some items may display a high and low estimate. Estimates are provided for the convenience of the buyer. No warranties, either implied or expressed, are made regarding the accuracy of estimates

4) 30 minutes before the auction begins to close, the "Live Catalog" button will appear on the auction page. The "Live Catalog" is a real time bidding screen that does not need to be refreshed, where the remaining time and competing bids on the lots change.

5) You must bid at least the bid increment displayed. We highly recommend that you use our MAXIMUM BID FEATURE. You simply enter your maximum bid, and the HiBid program will bid automatically for you in the set increments against competitors up to your maximum bid. For example, if the current bid is $35, and the bid increment is $5, when you enter a maximum bid of $50, you will become the high bidder at $40. If your competitor bids $45, you will automatically become the high bidder at $50. If your competitor bids $55, you are out unless you bid again, as your maximum bid has been exceeded. Remember that you can raise your maximum bid at any time during the auction, but you cannot retract or lower it once it has been placed. If another bidder has placed a maximum bid prior to yours which is less than yours, you will become the high bidder at the next increment over his. If another bidder has placed a maximum bid prior to yours which is higher than yours, he will become the high bidder at the next increment over yours. If two bidders place the same maximum bid, the earlier bidder will become the high bidder.

6) Once placed, bids cannot be lowered or retracted.

7) A 15% buyer's premium will be added to your purchases. For example, if you purchase an item for $50.00, you will pay $57.50. ($50 plus the 15% buyer's premium). Please take this into account when bidding. The total bid including the buyers premium is displayed below the bid box on the screen where you place a bid.

8) Casper, Wyoming sales tax is 6%, and will be charged to Wyoming buyers unless you have provided a tax exempt number by contacting us by email or phone 307-577-1553 after registering to give us your tax exempt number. You will only have to contact us with your tax exempt number once (the first time you bid on one of our auctions).

Coins and silver & gold bullion rounds denominated with weight and precious metal content are exempt from sales tax in the state of Wyoming.

9) Our auctions feature soft close extended bidding. If a bid is placed on an item in the final minute before closing, the closing time will be extended by 1 minute on that item to give others another chance to bid and not lose out to a bid "sniper". This will continue until no bids are received in the final minute of the auction, at which point the bidding will close on the item.

10) All lots will be deemed sold to the high bidder when the last auction lot closes. We will then charge the credit card provided by the bidder at registration (except for invoices described in Item 1 above). We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. If charges are declined by the credit card company, a non-sufficient funds charge of $25.00 will be assessed to you, and you will be immediately notified by email that you have 24 hours to contact Wyoming Estate Services LLC to arrange an alternative payment method.

11) For invoices paid by credit card, we will send you a confirmation email with your paid invoice and pickup instructions within 24 hours after the close of the auction. Please bring it with you to pick up your items. For invoices requiring payment by US bank wire transfer, we will send you your invoice and wire transfer instructions within 24 hours after the close of the auction.

12) You must pick up your purchases by appointment in Casper, Wyoming on Saturday, December 6th unless you call us in advance to schedule an alternate pickup time. The email we send will contain the pickup address and instructions, and a link to allow you to schedule your desired appointment time to pick up your purchases. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you schedule your pickup appointment immediately and come at your assigned time to avoid parking problems and long wait times. Should you have an emergency and be unable to pick up your item, or have any problems scheduling your appointment, please give Liane a call at 307-577-1553 so we can help.

13) SHIPPING: We ship fine jewelry, coins and precious metals only to buyers resident in the United States.

All lots that can be shipped have a truck symbol on the lot description. If you see a truck symbol with a line through it, that lot cannot be shipped. WE DO NOT SHIP FURNITURE and other very large or heavy items but will coordinate with your shipping company for pickup in Casper, Wyoming.

We can ship small items by UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS Priority or Ground Advantage Mail. We charge a packing fee ($3-5 for USPS Ground Advantage mail envelopes, $10 per box for small boxed items and $20+ per box for larger boxed items requiring large amounts of packing time and materials) in addition to actual shipping charges. actual shipping charges.

Items will be shipped between December 8th and December 12th.

Shipping will be charged to you as a second transaction once the item is packed.

High value purchases containing coins, bullion, and fine jewelry will be shipped within the US by insured USPS registered mail at the buyer's expense.

Very large or high value items such as artwork will be shipped by a third party shipper, which will entail substantial packing and shipping fees. Shipping rates have recently increased dramatically for large or heavy items, such as large prints and paintings, and bronze or stone sculptures. Please contact us by email or phone at 307-577-1553 well in advance of the auction closing date and before bidding, to inquire if shipping is possible and receive an estimate.

14) If you do not pick up your purchases OR contact us to make alternate arrangements by December 6th, they will be considered to be forfeited, and ownership will revert to the seller. No refund will be given. You will also be blocked from bidding on any of our auctions in the future.

15) All sales are final. However, if we make a material error in describing an item's condition and it is found to be damaged when you arrive for pickup, we will issue a refund for the item. No refunds will be issued for any other reason, including buyer's remorse.

16) No returns are permitted for any reason on purchases of coins and bullion. All coins are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. Coins have not, unless specifically noted in the lot description, been professionally graded. No warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, is made with respect to the condition of coins. Buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for determining the condition of coins to their satisfaction from photographs provided on the website.

17) We reserve the right to pause, reschedule or cancel auctions, add to or remove items from an auction, decline any bidder or rescind any bids placed at any point during or after the auction

18) Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities for injuries to persons or property during the preview or during pickup and removal of items purchased. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder.

19) Wyoming Estate Services LLC provides internet bidding as a service to our customers. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may not function correctly during the bidding period or at the time of auction closing. Under no circumstances shall bidders have any kind of claim against Wyoming Estate Services LLC if the internet bidding service fails to work correctly at any time, if the bidder experiences internet disruptions, or if any bid is missed.

In the unlikely event that a catastrophic system failure occurs while an auction is in the process of closing, we reserve the right to pause the auction and later restart the auction with a revised auction closing time. All registered bidders will be notified as soon as possible by email of the reason for the auction pause and revised closing time. Bidders understand that in the event of a paused auction with revised closing time, because of current software constraints, all lots that had closed prior to the time that the auction was halted will reopen for bidding when the auction restarts. All bids that had already been placed at the time of the auction pause will remain in effect when the auction reopens.

To protect our consignors, Wyoming Estate Services LLC also reserves the right, in the event of a lengthy catastrophic systems failure, to suspend and restart the auction at a later date, preserving if possible all bids cast up to that point.

20) While we strive to be as accurate as possible, all measurements and descriptions of items are approximate.

Sale Terms and Conditions
THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION It is very important that you read and understand all our terms and conditions before bidding, because by bidding you are entering into a legal and binding contract with Wyoming Estate Services LLC. No warranties, either implied or expressed, are made regarding the accuracy of estimates 4) 30 minutes before the auction begins to close, the "Live Catalog" button will appear on the auction page. 17) We reserve the right to pause, reschedule or cancel auctions, add to or remove items from an auction, decline any bidder or rescind any bids placed at any point during or after the auction 18) Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities for injuries to persons or property during the preview or during pickup and removal of items purchased.

Listing Terms and Conditions
THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION It is very important that you read and understand all our terms and conditions before bidding, because by bidding you are entering into a legal and binding contract with Wyoming Estate Services LLC. No warranties, either implied or expressed, are made regarding the accuracy of estimates 4) 30 minutes before the auction begins to close, the "Live Catalog" button will appear on the auction page.
