We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).

We do not accept Checks.

Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm. 

A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Please do not park on the grass.

Just a reminder we are still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one or two of them please bring them back to us for a $20.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.

We now have a working relationship with Schlep to transport and deliver items you buy from us to your home or business when the piece you bought is just too big or bulky for your own car.

Directions for our estate sale in Winnetka this weekend:

From Tower Road & Hibbard Road in Winnetka IL.

Take Tower Road east to Forest Glen Drive E.

Turn left (north) on Forest Glen Drive E to Forest Glen Drive N.

Turn left (west) on Forest Glen Drive N to Lake Street.

Turn right (north) on Lake Street to Asbury Avenue.

Turn left (west) on Asbury Avenue. The house is 1275 and is on the north side of the street.
