JM Bidworks LLC – Auction Terms & Buyer Guidelines Thank you for your interest in our consignment auction! Please read all descriptions, terms, and details carefully before bidding. Placing a bid means you fully understand and agree to these terms. Equipment Condition & Inspections All equipment should be checked for fluids, grease, and oil prior to use. Most unused items will be shipped dry or may contain only enough fluid for testing or moving. Do not assume any item is work-ready. Inspection Day will be scheduled prior to auction closing. Attending is strongly recommended. Failure to inspect forfeits any claims regarding item condition. Payment Terms All invoices must be paid within 3 business days of auction closing. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of items and bidder account suspension, regardless of pickup or delivery schedule. Invoices under $2,000: Automatically processed with card on file unless JM Bidworks is notified before the auction ends of another payment method. Declined cards will incur an additional 4% fee. Invoices over $2,000: Must be paid by Cash, Cashier’s Check, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or Wire Transfer(+$20 bank fee). Wire instructions will be sent after invoices are generated. Cashier’s checks must be made out to: JM Bidworks LLC. Tax Exemption Tax exempt buyers must submit valid exemption/AG forms to matt@variable6.com before auction close. Forms will not be accepted at load-out. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that their exemption has been approved and applied to the invoice before pickup. Pickup & Removal All items must be removed during scheduled load-out times. If you cannot make the posted dates, do not bid. Alternate load-out dates may be arranged only if scheduled before the final load-out day. Fees apply for special accommodations: $50 for same-day load-out outside posted hours $150 for weekday alternate pickup $250 for weekend alternate pickup Items left past scheduled removal without prior arrangement will incur a $25/day holding fee. After 3 days, items may be resold with no refund. Buyer Responsibilities Buyers must bring the appropriate equipment, trailers, and manpower to safely remove purchases. Forklift/loading assistance may be available as a courtesy at scheduled times. JM Bidworks and its staff are not responsible for damage to items, vehicles, or persons during loading. Buyers are solely responsible for securing and transporting their purchases. Final Sale Policy All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No refunds or returns will be issued for any reason, including missed pickup. Bidding is a binding intent to purchase. Descriptions are made to the best of our knowledge, but it is the bidder’s duty to inspect and confirm condition and quality.
