Most of these items are used. They have experienced varying degrees of usage & will show some wear & tear. Any known defects will be listed in the descriptions and / or photographs. We strive to point out flaws / defects, but WE MAY NOT SEE EVERY FLAW OR ISSUE. PLEASE LOOK AT ITEMS CLOSELY & ASK IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT ANY ITEM BEFORE BIDDING.

CONDITION OF ITEMS AND REMOVAL.

The building in which these items are located does not have electricity, plumbing, or gas so we have been unable to test all the items, in particular, the commercial equipment in the kitchen and bar areas.

The neon lights have been tested to confirm if they power on. If there were any issues we found, we noted that in the description. The televisions have been powered on to show a screen unless they are noted as not having shown the startup screen. There are no remotes available for the tv’s.

The commercial equipment has been sitting for a time and there may be parts missing on some. Significant cleaning will be needed on most of the equipment from grease and / or rust.

PLEASE VIEW ALL THE PICTURES FOR MORE DETAILS ON EACH ITEM IN ADDITION TO THE DESCRIPTIONS. PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE INSPECTION TIME THAT IS MADE AVAILABLE TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2025 FROM 10:00 AM TO 1:00 PM

IMPORTANT: REMOVAL OF ITEMS. PLEASE NOTE.

Many of the items have may have been disconnected from the utilities but not all have been. This may include commercial equipment, tv’s, bar equipment, and signs. Be sure to bring your help (labor), tools (wrenches, pliers, sockets, screwdrivers, cordless drill, dollies, etc…) for removal of the items. Loadout assistance will be very limited so please come prepared to remove your own items.

Some lots are on the upper level of the restaurant and will require the buyer to bring those items down the stairs for removal. Lot numbers 418 through 437 are all located on the upper level and it is also noted in the description of those items.
