You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. First and foremost... Thank you to everyone who attended our Linda Isle Sale last week. It was nothing short of spectacular...a family I have known more than forty years and it was my honor to assist them in this endeavor. We sold many fine items, and I know everyone who attended was very happy... Now on to this sale we are conducting just before Thanksgiving.... This gorgeous villa in Turtle Rock is filled with tasteful and curated treasures…this is the second sale and location we have handled for this lovely family in the last two years. The family's taste combined with the decorator's creative finesse make this one we are delighted to conduct and one you should not miss! As always, our email list and long term customers get priority when the sale is appointment only. Thank you for your understanding. We will group people in small groups every thirty minutes or so...so as not to crowd the sale or inundate the street or neighborhood. If you are decorating, designing or just shopping to embellish your house without spending retail, our estate sales are the way to shop. Our sales are also a great opportunity for gift giving..for others or yourself! We will begin organizing this week to conduct the sale the following week, a week before Thanksgiving. This sale has everything lovely and in pristine condition....furniture, art, ceramics, crystal, stemware, Lalique, huge collection of Baccarat barware and stemware, Lladro, multiple sets of china, Fitz and Floyd, ceramic collection by Tom Wallick, marble and travertine tables and pedestals, pickled finish mirrors, chairs and dining table, exquisite Chinese screen, brass planters and trays, antique French pewter, sponge ware, Chapman mid century ceramic lamps, figural fish lamps, coral, carved wooden fruit and seashells, down filled couches and side chairs with ottomans, distressed pine table, antique carved 19th C cabinet with gorgeous cream streaked marble, art including an Orlando Botero signed and numbered piece, kitchen filled with cookware, copper and everything you’d want or need to entertain, outdoor patio furniture including table and chairs, a table and two matching chairs, and chaise lounge fit for a king! We also have men’s designer clothing, shoes, ties, and outdoor wear…and so much more. Additionally, we have in the garage, a universal weight machine, a number of large terracotta pots, tables of charming Christmas decorations including ornaments, holly, bows, Santa’s, and more.
