If an item is sold as working you can test it at pickup before taking the item to make sure it works, after leaving the auction it is considered yours and not our responsibility. 3. Shipping. We do offer shipping on any item that can be shipped through the mail. Shipping costs are your responsibility. We do not give shipping estimates. We put insurance on all priority mail items but if they deny a claim it is not our responsibility. 4. If you are injured on the premise you may not hold Brooks LeFeber Auctions or the owner of the property accountable. 5. We are not responsible if you lose internet connection or forget to bid. 6. any large items must be paid for with cash, check or bank transfer. we do not let you pay for vehicles on a credit card. 7. All vehicles are sold as is there is no guarantee, we are not mechanics and do not know for sure what is wrong with them. 8. You are buying only the item described and pictured, not anything in the back ground and not the number card. 9. This is our end of the year toy auction. We have trains by Lionel, Bachmann, Riverossi, American Flyer, G scale, N scale, O Scale, HO scale, and more. There are toys by Marx, Simpson Collectables, Railroad Memerobelia and lights, Diecast cars, SLot cars AFX Marx Tyco, 1/24 Scalecrtix, Vintage video games, Atari, Radiocontrolled tank, RC Cars, Hotwheels, Danbury Mint diecasts, Model cars, New and vintage toys, ERTL, Comic books, GI joe , Railroad lanterns, Cirus banners 1 Pickup for auction is fri 12 to 5 and sat 10 to 1 There are no alternate dates for pickup if you can not pick up do not bid. 1 Shipping will be offere on most lots If there is no shipping offered we are not shipping it 1 We do not automatically charge your card It reduces the buyers premium from 15% to 10% 1 Shipping should be done by the following friday We ship usps. 1 Slot car set 1/32 scalextrix both cars worked. track needs cleaning so we only tested them on a short section. Lots of track and acessories 10 Lionel Santa Fe Special 6-11900 in the box we tested the engine it does run appears to have never been set up appears complete 11 Lionel train set 8903 locomotive tested the locomotive runs. there is no box for this. good amount of track.
