* This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its choice or conflict of law principles. Any claim or action arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kaufman County, Texas. Any action by Auctioneer to enforce the terms of this Agreement, where Auctioneer is the prevailing party, shall entitle Auctioneer to attorney's fees and costs.

This is a PRIVATE SELLER ONLINE ONLY Storage Unit Auction in Terrell. Lone Wolf Auctions has been commissioned to conduct this private sell by the owner of this estate. You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding. The winning bidder will receive information regarding pickup arrangements at time of paid invoice.
