NOTE: Any sign up with negative feedback will not be approved to bid. Any bidder that is new to our auctions (with zero feedback) and you win bids on gold - silver - precious metals or have an invoice total over $200 on any wins and will need shipping - you will be asked to send a photo of your driver's license and a copy of the credit card that you used to sign up (name and address on driver's license and the name on the credit card must match the sign up information). WE WILL NOT RISK SHIPPING ITEMS WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. This is called - know your bidder per Fraudulant Claims Services. If you are New to the auction and picking up in person - if you plan on using a credit card - be prepared to show your Driver's License and it must match the name on the credit card being used. CASH or CARD ONLY on in person pickup - NO CHECKS!!!

THIS IS THE WAY WE DO THINGS: ALL INVOICES HAVE A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM. You will receive your UNPAID invoice within 30 minutes of the close of the auction (so you know which items you have won). If you choose to pickup, you can pay with CASH - (NO CHECKS) OR you can use your card in person with an added 3.5% card fee. Pick up will be Sunday - 01/04/2026 1 PM - 4 PM. DO NOT BID if you cannot make the pickup date and time. PLEASE BE a responsible bidder and follow the directions herein. Need Shipping? Read below carefully-- OUT OF STATE invoices - We will run your card on file within 45 minutes or within 5 days of the auction end (Tuesday - January 6th @ 5:30pm) for the invoice total only!! SPEED WILL BE DEPENDANT ON THE NUMBER OFF WINNERS. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CARD FOR THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES. We assume all out of state winners will need shipping UNLESS you reply PICKUP to your invoice on the message to auctioneer on sign up or text within 10 minutes of the auction end (402-469-3834 with name). Declined cards will receive a $15.00 additional charge so make sure your card is good on sign up. ANYONE needing shipping: Please be patient. We sometimes have over 250 invoices needing shipping. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. We try our best to call things by the right pattern etc., but it is up to you to research things yourself. WE ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. If I say something is Wexford and the pattern is actually Waterford, you should have researched it yourself!!! Any condition statement or name of an item is given as a courtesy only, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact.
