Open to public - Register at the auction with a Driver's License or NYS Photo ID 

AUCTION LOCATION: 330 Colfax Street, Rochester, NY 14606

Selling impounded and confiscated vehicles for the City of Rochester Police Department. Retail purchasers and Dealers Welcome. Preview at Noon auction day only - the gates do not open till 12:00 PM. 

Terms: CASH, no credit cards, no checks, full cash payment due at the time of sale. NEXT Impound Vehicle auction: March 11th, 2026

 Vehicle list to be posted no later than noon on Tuesday before the auction.

Notice: all vehicles must be removed from the Impound Lot by 05:00 PM this evening and 9 AM to 4 PM on Thursday. You or your representative MUST bring your paid receipt so that your vehicle can be released. If you bid on multiple vehicles, you will be expected and required to purchase all units that you have bid upon. If you do not purchase ALL vehicles upon which you have bid, said vehicles MAY be resold and you MAY be prohibited from participation in all future Reynolds’ auctions.

** You are buying these vehicles “AS IS” - that includes items in the vehicle - you are to REMOVE your purchase “AS IS” - You MAY NOT throw stuff out of the vehicles into the City Lot - you will be charged for trash removal and banned from the auction if you are caught discarding trash or other items from the vehicles onto City Property! Also, due to recent theft, all vehicles are locked, no more entering vehicles, the lot is under police surveillance, if you are not bidding on a vehicle please exit the premises, if you are caught going thru vehicles you will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to enter the lot for future auctions”.
