Maust Enterprises of Harrisonburg VA is downsizing their operation and preparing to move to a different location. This auction is for the surplus equipment inventory and will be sold to the highest bidder.

This auction includes dump trucks, road tractors, pickup trucks, Case 9150 4WD tractor, John Deere 655B track loader, Terex pan scraper, Galion road grader, Hitachi EX150 excavator, Caterpillar 426 Backhoe, Denver Gardner hydraulic drill, dump trailers, utility trailers, 3 pt attachments, fuel tanks, concrete forms, hydraulic cylinders, rebar bender/cutter, tool boxes and more.

Preview and Pickup Information:

This is an online only auction which will begin to close on December 18 at 7:00 PM at the rate of 2 lots per minute with a 1 minute auto extend. That means if a bid is placed within the last minute for any lot the time for that lot will be extended for one more minute.

Preview for this auction will be December 18 from Noon to 5 PM and possibly other times by appointment. Pickup will be on Friday December 19 from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday December 20 from 9 AM to Noon unless other arrangements are made with the auctioneer. Shipping is not available for this auction. We will have a loader onsite to assist with loading equipment.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit or Debit Card (3% Fee Applies), Wire Transfer, and Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
