If an item must be returned because it is not as cataloged (i.e. gold content, diamond, etc) Luther Auctions must be notified within 5 business days of the auction date. Payment: Domestic payments less than $5,000.00 can be made via Cash, Local Check (we reserve the right to hold merchandise until check clears), Major Credit Card, or Wire Transfer. ALL payments over $5,000.00 AND international payments must be made via direct wire transfer. Purchases of jewelry, precious metals, and other items of value may also require a wire transfer at auctioneer's discretion. You will need to pay sales tax unless you have a resale tax exemption number (You will need to complete a Minnesota ST3 Certificate of Exemption Form. Pickup / Removal: ASAP Please! Monday - Friday: 9a to 5p. Please enter through the back door of the auction house & pay in-person when you arrive. If you are unable to pick up within the week, please call us to make arrangements.

Shipping: Luther Auctions DOES NOT provide in-house packing or shipping services. We recommend The UPS Store #2158 to assist you in packing and shipping.
