AFTER THE SECOND WEEK HAS PASSED ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED AND PUT BACK INTO AUCTION - FOR SAFETY REASONS, STAFF CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOADING. THE PICKUP AREA IS DOCK-HEIGHT. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE HELP TO LOAD LARGE AND/OR HEAVY ITEMS. IF YOU ARRIVE AND CANNOT LOAD YOUR ITEMS, YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN WITH HELP. NO EXCEPTIONS! Standard Pick-Up Times: Tuesday 12:00am - 6:00pm Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm **We do not require an appointment to be made for picking up your items. Product Condition/Refunds We offer a refund if your item does not function. Refunds are available for the following listing conditions (Appears New, Factory Sealed). We do not give refunds for items listed as Damaged or Open Box. If an item does not have a listing condition it should be considered Open Box. Refund requests should be sent to Biddingfordeals@gmail.com. Refund Request Deadline: All refund requests must be submitted via email to Biddingfordeals@gmail.com no later than 6:00 PM following the end of the auction. We do not accept refund requests via phone call or text message. Required Information: Your email must include: A PDF copy of your invoice. The specific lot number(s) you are requesting a refund for. A detailed description of the issue. Item Return Deadline: If your refund is approved, the item(s) must be returned to our store between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the Tuesday following the refund approval. Returns are only accepted during this timeframe unless an alternative appointment has been pre-approved. Policy Voidance: Failure to follow this policy exactly, including the email-only communication and return deadlines, will void your refund eligibility.
