RANDOM HOUSE #3-ONLINE AUCTION-ATHENS Random House opened April 1st, 1980, under the ownership of Paul & Billie Sarchet, original owners of Artifacts Gallery. They persuaded longtime friend Jim Jezik, to move from Lancaster and work at Random House. When ownership of two stores became too much, Jim Purchased Random House, 45-years in business at the same location is a tribute to Jim.
