Items delivered to Florida will be charged sales tax if applicable. US Coins and Currency without adornments are tax exempt. Bullion (rounds bars ingots with only basic stamps) are also tax exempt.

Bidders agree that invoices must be able to be processed by Sunday following the auction. Should additional information be requested Winning Bidders agree to respond by Monday at 2:00 PM. We will not accept alternate forms of payment that require us to receive payment after Monday at 2:00 PM.

We are not accepting NEW Bidders from outside of the United States.

Local Buyer's can pick up their coins at a defined time and location typically on Tuesdays. Outside of a regular time slot we have very limited availability for pick-up. Please call 757-871-4360 to make arrangements.

Shipping Information:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We ship all packages USPS Priority Mail.

Items are automatically combined for shipping.

We pack and ship items in-house with tracking and insurance. We ship all coins and currency using USPS flat rate Priority Mail. We use a third party to create labels and for insurance.

Any Package with a total sale price of over $200 will be shipped with a Signature Required. Over $1,000 will be mailed registered mail.

Insurance for shipping is for while items are in transit. The insurance ceases the moment the package is signed for or left at the specified delivery address. If your shipment is damaged, misdelivered, or lost while in transit, the insurance policy may apply subject to conditions set forth below. However, once a package is shown to be delivered by the carrier, Stagecoach Auctions by Wallace's responsibility ends.

We, and the insurance carrier will not accept responsibility for any losses or damages in the following instances: The package is delivered to the address with or without your a signature with anyone other than the addressee. Sales tax is 7% in Brevard County. Sales tax is not applied to items shipped out of state. If you live in Florida we will charge sales tax based upon the county the coins are delivered. US coins and currency are not taxable in the state of FL. Bullion is not taxable as strickly defined by the state. Bullion as defined by the state as bars, rounds, and ingots only.

You Will receive one invoice with shipping costs added once they are calculated (No Latter than Monday Following the Auction). We ship out all items by Wednesday following the auction.

Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic. You must contact us within five days of receipt of your coins if you feel your coins and currency are not authentic. We will not accept return coins except by mutual agreement.
