If you do not pick up your items on those days/times, the item(s) will be deemed abandoned and will be sold at a future auction. You will NOT be reimbursed for items not picked up. Items not picked up during scheduled times are subjet to a $100 per day storage fee
-Make certain you understand the pick-up times and dates and are able to abide by them.

-You MUST have a Credit Card on file that will accept the payment for your purchases. If your credit card declines, you may use the payment link sent to you to pay it yourself, or you will be required to present a card as well as your driver's license at pick up. We will not accept payment over the phone.
-We also need a valid email address to email you a copy of your receipt.

If you do not agree that your purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and that any lawsuit must be brought in Mahoning County, Ohio, do not bid at the auction.
