The auction will be conducted by JD�s Realty & Auction, LLC. Live and online bidding will be available for this auction. Property Description BEING Lot No. 179 15th District, Lot 21, Block G, as shown by plat on file in the Register of Deeds Office of DeKalb County, Georgia Tax Parcel No.15 179 05 012. Inspection of the Property - Is sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence prior to bidding. Terms of Sale - The property will be sold to the highest bidder for cash.
