Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.
We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).
We do not accept Checks.
Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.
We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.
All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 
Sale Hours:

Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm. 

A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.
Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & Saturday; you must be present to receive one.
Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.
Please do not park on the grass.
Just a reminder we are still looking for our missing baskets. If you have one or see one or two of them please bring them back to us for a $20.00 Ampersand Sale Credit.
We are looking for an energetic & bright individual to join the Ampersand team. You must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. If you are interested please come see Brad, Meg, Monica or Don at our sale this weekend.

Directions for our estate sale in Wilmette this weekend:

From Lake Avenue & Sheridan Road in Wilmette, IL.

Take Sheridan Road north to 1129. The house is on the west side of the street.

There is NO PARKING on Sheridan Road.

The drive way is for picking up bought items only.

Please look for parking on the side streets.

Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes.
