Onsite list is honored after the online list. NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY UNLESS PICKING UP LARGE ITEMS. PLEASE OBEY ALL PARKING RULES. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, MAIL BOXES OR FIRE HYDRANT. No Presales - No early Birds - Prices will not be released prior to the start of the sale Please bring your own bags and packing materials for all purchases & bring your own help/tools for large/heavy purchases. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN - Please test all items before leaving the home! CASH & CREDIT CARDS (convenience fee applies) ACCEPTED FOR ALL ONSITE PURCHASES ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS or RETURNS NO LARGE HANDBAGS/BAGS NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS / AS FOUND. Our sales are often conducted in private residences, Each layout is different and will not be accommodating to all ADA Regulations requires for a Public space. We ask all customers to dress appropriately as some homes may have uneven floors, narrow stairs and tight aisles to navigate through. We will do our best to provide caution for any tripping hazards, but it ultimately falls on the responsibility of the customer to take care and proceed with caution through the home. We are not responsible for any accidents.
