We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Cards will be taxed. We do not accept checks. No items are available for purchase before the sale opening date and time. All items are being sold as-is, where is, no refunds. We do not pass out numbers. All of our sales are held on a first-come, first-served basis. You are fully responsible for keeping your place in line. Our team will not be responsible for managing the line or the outside premises before the estate sale opening date and time. Items outside the home, that are part of the estate sale, are available to be claimed/purchased on sale days, before the sale opening time, on a first-come, first-served case by case basis. Items inside any of the buildings or homes on the premises are strictly prohibited, off-limits, and are not available for purchase before the sale opening date and time. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries while you are attending our estate sales. Please note that you are entering at your own risk. Sale Starts Friday 12/12 @ 10 am
ATTN: Weather Update, it looks like we may get some bad weather. If you plan on attending our estate sale, please be careful and take your time getting here. Also, please be careful while on the premises and watch your step, keep an eye out for slick spots. There are some low-hanging beams and other items that hang low in some of the outbuildings. Please watch your head. Patriot Estate Liquidation LLC & its employees are not and will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries of any kind. Our crew will not be monitoring or managing the lines or the premises before the sale opening. You are entering at your own risk, and you are required to keep your place in line. The doors will open @ 10 am sharp. We are insured.
Please be patient, we are a local family-owned small business with a small crew. We will do our best to ensure you have a great time with us. Please be kind & considerate of others while attending our sales. We want people to have a great time and find some great items for a good deal.
We typically do not use a number system. However, the recent weather updates have us thinking of ways to manage the lines and keep people warm and safe. With that being said, when we arrive in the morning, we will assess the situation and may consider taking a majority vote if you would rather take numbers and be able to sit in your warm car.
