PICKUPS & REMOVALS: Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item. Items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our website. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up.

PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. Payment is made at pickup (cash, Visa, MasterCard, or debit) or ahead of pickup by E-transfer. RESERVE: Seldom are items sold with Reserve. If an item is being sold with a reserve, it will be clearly marked and identified. For items sold with a 'reserve', you will be required to pay a minimum amount in order to win the item.

AUCTION RECORDS: In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records.

Any shipping disputes need to be handled with the shipping company. If a dispute arises and an item is being returned, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. OFF-SITE AUCTIONS: Off-site auctions are all auctions not held at the Great West Auction Building, 4066 Brigden Road, Petrolia, ON. All items must be picked up for off-site auctions. If winning bidder is unable to pickup at the site and needs items brought back to Great West Auction for later pickup, it must be arranged in advance, if/when the service is available. There will be a $20-$75 transportation fee per lot. Not all items are able to be transported by our staff, and this service is not always available. Failure to pickup or make alternate arrangements will result in removal fees and it will become property of Great West.

FAILURE TO PAY: Any bidder who has a winning bid and fails to pay, not respond to calls and/or emails will be banned from bidding in future auctions.
