Property Settlement & Pickup: All items must be settled for and picked up on Thursday, December 18th between 11am to 2pm at Bradeen Auctions, 9 W. Mt. Rushmore Rd. Custer, SD. No Exceptions. ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. We will not charge over $999 on a credit card. You will need to set up a wire transfer. Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted. Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee. All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. $10 doc fee per bidder for titled vehicles. 10 day holding period and doc fee waved for cash payment made in person during scheduled settlement. South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles and livestock. If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout.
