Pickup Policy • If you cannot pick up during listed days/times, DO NOT BID. • All won items must be paid for and removed. • Items may be held up to 7 days ONLY if you contact us within the original pickup window. • No contact = abandoned & forfeited with NO REFUND. • Storage beyond 7 days: $25 fee (unless pre-approved). Refunds & Inspection • Inspection by appointment only. • Once items leave the building, NO RETURNS. • Missed pickups = FORFEIT, NO REFUND. • Handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
