I do not ship, or provide phone transactions. You must be present to purchase items.

Valuables are removed from residence and returned the morning of sale.

Golden Bear Estate will not personally monitor entry lists; it is up to the people who are waiting to monitor themselves. But due to a growing number of issues with peoples pre-lists and arguments that have arisen, please note the following guidelines: 1) sign up yourself and only yourself. 2) You must stay close to the estate. You cannot sign up and then go back home. Certainly if you need to go to the restroom or get a quick cup of coffee that is ok…Just make sure you let someone else know who is also waiting or leave a time dated note.
