Farm Retirement Auction of Dave and Rita Gemmer of Morris, IL.

This will be a LIVE auction with SIMULCAST bidding on Equipment Facts (on select items) beginning at 11:00 AM.

Dave & Rita Gemmer are retiring from the commodity/grain portion of farming. They will continue to operate Clear View Pork Farm, a family-owned and operated farm specializing in selling high-quality pork products directly to consumers.

Directions: From the I-80 and IL-47 interchange in Morris, travel north for 2.75 miles on IL-47 to the Morris Airport, then west 1 mile to Middle Rd, then north 0.75 miles to the farm.

Several racks of miscellaneous items and tools will be sold before the simulcast auction begins at 11 AM. If needed, we will return to the miscellaneous items after simulcast items have been sold. Photos of miscellaneous items may be posted closer to auction day. There will be a weather shelter, food/drinks available.
