Bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition of the item before bidding. No special warranty is made or implied by Idaho Auction Barn regarding authenticity or era of described items. � Appliances, electronics, and power tools that sell for $50 or more are Owner Guaranteed to work unless condition is stated otherwise in the lot description. See RETURNS & REFUNDS. � All items offered for sale are offered for sale by auction only. SALES TAX � Idaho sales tax of 6% of the total amount (bid price plus buyer�s premium) will be collected for items picked up or shipped to an Idaho address. � Non-Idaho bidders who pick up in person WILL be charged Idaho sales tax. � No sales tax will be collected for items shipped out of Idaho. � Buyers exempt from sales tax must provide a valid form ST-101 for tax-exempt status.
