A list of what is included in the sale of Poly Kraft poly furniture business offered on auction day January 31st, 2026, after the sale of real estate at 9:00 A.M.

1. All fixtures that are used on both the New CNC router as well as the Onsrud 146. There are around 40 fixtures of “our latest method” used in poly furniture production. They are made of two laminated layers of 12MM Baltic Birch plywood and measure 12 ¾” wide and around 12’ long. There are many fixtures of other styles and dimensions used in producing poly furniture as well as some fixtures used in the production of other jobs not related to poly furniture. Specifically, the school desk parts (18MM B/BB Baltic Birch) produced once a year for Fountain Fabricating Company.

2. All the program files for both machines. This includes the .nc files specifically for the Onsrud 146 CNC router and the .txt files specifically for the New CNC router.

3. All the CAD Files for both CNC routers. The CAD program is Vcarve Pro. Version 12.5

4. Both computers in the shop office are included in the sale of the business. The front computer (windows 7) has been the server on the network. The other computer was purchased about 4 years ago from Elco computers. Both computers have Vcarve Pro version 12.5 installed on them.

5. A backup drive will be included.

6. A separate USB drive will be included. This will have all programming files copied to it as well as a customer list and contact information.

7. I (Conrad Weaver) am willing to offer up to 120 hours at $25 per hour should the buyer find that helpful during the transition period between the months of February through April.
