The successful online bidder will sign and return within 24 hours the purchase contract and other applicable documents electronically following the close of the auction. The successful online bidder/buyer will tender a 10% deposit (earnest money) by electronic transfer, the in-person bidder/buyer will tender the check at the conclusion of the live auction.
