We Recommend those very interested in the auction also attend the open house so that you my become familiar with the lay of the land and can plan / anticipate loadout. At this time, we will also be offering the opportunity to pick out individual items or boxes that they would be willing to start the bidding at $25 dollars- else car parts, etc. will be sold in big lots.
Directions: Warning* Some GPS direction lead you astray. “WAZE” is the best GPS to get you to the auction. Take I-94 to Exit 257 to St. Clair and turn left onto W Moore Hwy to Adair (If coming from the southwest cross back over the highway headed west). Take the first right onto Palms Rd. Then in 1 mile a right onto Trumble Rd. In .5 Miles turn right down a shared private drive. Auction is the last house on the private drive.
Parking Instructions: IMPORTANT* Parking is Very Limited and the only access to the property is a narrow shared private drive where even parking on one side of the lane will prove difficult due to trees and brush. We will be offering a shuttle service at the start of the drive and Trumble Rd. We recommend parking on Trumble Rd. before the drive and waiting for our shuttle service (Minivan). The ground on the lane and near the house is very low and soft, so in wet weather, even less parking will be available. Load-out may also be challenging, as there is only one small path to the main pole barn where all items are located.
