24, 35, 191, 198, 199, 208, 214, 222, 224, 283, 288, 422, 434, 632, 739, 751, 758-779, 766, 768, 791  (20 total)  AND OTHER OVERDUE UNITS. 

 ALL UNITS SOLD AS COMPLETE UNITS

TERMS - CASH.  LIEN HOLDER WILL SELL ALL UNITS AS COMPLETE UNITS. A $50.00 REFUNDABLE  CLEANING DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED ON EACH UNIT FROM ALL PURCHASERS

Sales Tax: VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.

Payment: CASH ONLY.  Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the storage units.


Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly.  

Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.

Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or their self. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. By registering for this auction you will be added to our email list for future marketing.
