A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to your final invoice for Online Buyers. Indiana state sales tax will be charged at the rate of 7% after the purchase price and the BP have been calculated. This will reflect on your invoice emailed after the Auction. Payments Due by Monday, February 2nd @ 6 PM Pick up: Friday Jan. 30th, Saturday Jan. 31st, and Monday, February 2nd 10 AM to 6 PM Any dates after are by appointment only Terms: Cash and Good Checks accepted. Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3.99% in addition to the purchased amount. All purchases will be subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless the Purchaser is tax exempt and proper documentation in the form of an Indiana ST105E is provided by the buyer. Jeff Boone Auction & Realty does not warrant that you may legally purchase, resale, own or use specific products offered for sale at our auction. Local laws are constantly changing, it is your responsibility to investigate the products you wish to purchase and verify that they are not prohibited by any State or Local ordinances in your area before bidding. Online Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder�s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The description and condition of the firearms were provided by the seller in most cases or by an outside consultant and are assumed correct by the auctioneers and or the auction company, but are not warranted by either the auctioneer or the auction company. Shipping: Shipping fees from the major carriers can be very expensive. Our team will do their best to pack in the most effeciant way, but carrier fees may still be high. For ANY fragile, glass, or breakable items there will be an extra $10 handling fee on top of the normal carrier fees for time and packing materials. Cabinets, Desk, bed frames, and other large items are not available for shipping. Please email us if you have questions or would like to inquire about a certain item being shipped. Pick-up deadline does not apply to those having items shipped. Auction company will send those to our shipping department accordingly. |
