THE ONLY WAY TO PAY IS CASH, CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER! No exceptions. There is a $20 transfer fee for every purchase. This is nonrefundable even if your transfer is declined. There is an additional $10 for multiple handguns and/or more than 3 total guns.
Handling charges if we are shipping your winnings are $65 per long gun and $35 per hand gun. This does not include the cost of shipping. We will only ship to an FFL.
You must be able to pass a background check to claim any firearm in person. Bring valid Alaskan ID with your residential address. If your ID has a PO Box supplementation will be necessary in the form of vehicle registration or hunting/fishing license. Be prepared for a 20+ minute wait especially if you come at lunch time. You may ONLY pick up during the provided times.
We reserve the right to terminate a transfer for any reason.



BE AWARE: Ivory, Baleen or any marine mammal products to include whale bone, seal skin, polar bear rough, etc., cannot be purchased or shipped to anyone outside of the United States. Guns must be picked up in person unless arrangements have been made to send the gun to an FFL holder in your area. We will not ship ammunition! We have a 17% buyer's premium. The buyer and the seller help pay auction costs. No one is excluded from the buyer's premium.

All sales are final. All goods are sold as is, where is. The auctioneer's decision is absolute & final in any disputes. The bidder is responsible for payment in full for all items bid. There are no expressed or implied warranties on any item unless specifically stated during the auction or in the catalog. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. Appliances (if stated during the auction) are guaranteed for 48 hours. Use of any items, is at buyer's own risk.

If items are not picked up on days that are set for check out, or able to ship due to credit card declining, there will be a $20 per day storage fee until the items are paid and picked up/sent.
