1. Everything is sold "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee.

2. All sales are final. The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. We do not accept returns so bid accourdingly!

4. Davis Corners Auction Service LLC assumes no liability for the accurancy of item descriptions. If you, the buyer, is relying fully on the description of the item, it is your responsibility to conduct your due diligence prior to bidding and determine what you believe the item being offered is. There are no refunds for Buyer's Remorse if you think the item is something that it is not.

5. We offer shipping! Packing is charged at $50/ hour with a $3 per package minimum, plus box, bubble wrap/ packaging costs. Large, bulky, heavy, or fragile items are very expensive to ship. Purchased items will be shippied within 2 to 5 business days following the auction. Please email us with any questions about shipping.

6. We will charge the card on file 1-2 business days following the auction UNLESS prior arrangements are made. If your invoice is over $1000, you will receive a phone call before we charge the card.

7. Davis Corners Auction Service LLC is not responsible for any mishaps or accidents on auction premises.

8. Purchased items not picked up during posted pickup days will be considered abandoned and will be disposed or resold at the buyers expense. (UNLESS otherwise communicated prior to last pickup day) We will NOT give any refunds for items that fall under this term.

9. If a payment is NOT made and we are not able to reach you by phone or email within 2-business days of the auction, your online bidding account will be suspended and you will not be able to bid on future auctions.

10. Firearms: There will be a $25 gun transfer fee.
The buyer will need a permit to carry or permit to purchase or pass a background check to buy handguns & long guns.
This does not apply to blackpowder rifles, muzzleloaders, and firearms manufactured prior to 1898.
Firearms can be shipped. They will be from our local FFL license holder to the buyers valid FFL holder.

11. Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed matter.
