A 4% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 7% buyers premium for online bidding, no premuim live in person immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check may do so at pickup with prior arrangements made. . Shipping is available at buyer's cost. Items not picked up in 7 days will be disposed of or resold by Mollett Auction Service with no funds being paid to the original buyer.
All items sold "As is where is with no warranties or guarantees expressed written or implied" the auction service and its agents along with seller only represent items as they see them. It is up to the buyer to bid according to their own judgement.

Mark ran a very good HVAC company and did alot of other things on the side. There is a lot of raw steel including,angle, channel,and box tubing along with 8 to10 titled vehicles. Forklifts, manlifts,Trailors, complete minisplit units, AC units,a few dirt bikes plus 1984 complete Z28 Camaro with updated LS engine/transmission and digital dashboard. Multiple rings will be sold that day so bring a friend along. Lunchstand and restrooms provided, some of the items will be inside buildings. There will be heat in buildings to keep warm.
