Cash and Credit cards are accepted. The credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept American Express. All merchandise is sold "As is", "Where is" with no Warranties, Expressed or Implied. No refunds, returns, exchanges or merchandise guarantees. All sales are final. By state law, sales tax will be added to all sales unless a copy of your resale certificate is provided. ALL items must be picked up the same day they are purchased by 1:00pm. Please respect the home and the property. Be courteous to those shopping around you. Enter at your own risk. Watch your surroundings, we are not responsible for accidents and injuries. From AZ202 Loop, exit at Shea. Turn east and follow Shea to N. Palisades Blvd where you will turn north; going up the hill towards Fountain Hills. Follow N. Palisades for about 3 miles, turn left at E. Golden Eagle Blvd. There will be signs on N. Palisades and Golden Eagle Blvd directing you to the house. Once on E. Golden Eagle Blvd, follow it to E. Boulder Avenue (follow the signs) and turn right or North. The GPS will tell you to go left- DO NOT turn left on E. Boulder. Turn North only. GPS will then tell you that you have arrived but continue to follow E. Boulder up the hill and around past the stop sign for .8 miles to the address on the right side of E. Boulder Avenue. The address is 16423 E. Boulder Avenue, Fountain Hills, AZ, 85268. Please follow the red and white estate sale signs if you are having difficulty or call (480)276-8045 for more directions.
