Pick up dates and times will not be extended.

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to close. Customers with several items or large items should pick up at least 45 minutes prior to close.

Winning bidders will receive information via email. Let us know if you do not receive this. Please make sure that you have selected to receive notifications via text or email on your dashboard. You can also access the emails and invoices on your dashboard after the auction has closed.

Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. Packing, moving & transporting of your items will not be provided at pickup.

No exceptions - items not picked up during pick up hours will be forfeited with no refunds.

Artwork has not been examined out of frame. Revivals does not guarantee authenticity of signatures, stamps, labels, and/or piece.

RESALE CERTIFICATES: All resale certificates must be sent via email or presented in person to receive credit for taxes paid. We will place this information on file and all future purchases will be tax exempt until the certificate expires.

PAYMENT: As per our terms of service, your total invoice will be auto-debited from the credit card you have on file with our credit card processor. This charge includes the hammer prices, buyer’s premiums and all applicable sales tax for the items you won.

All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges. All items are sold as is. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. Please refer to photos as part of description. We will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations. The absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. We do our best to make the pick up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis.
