A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

Whether you're hunting for standout décor, dependable vehicles, or everyday essentials, this sale delivers treasures in every corner. Sunday most items will be 50% off! CALL AHEAD FOR ENTRY; you will need to call or text your first and last name to 661-227-3167 when you are in route to be added to the list for entry into the community. If you do not call ahead of time with this info, you will not be allowed to enter the community due to HOA restrictions. Sign-up sheet goes out at 9:00am and doors open at 9:30am. PLEASE REFRAIN from price quote inquiries as we will not be able to respond. While we would love to provide prices prior to the sale, it is extremely difficult to do so as we are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100's of items.
