This sale is in building 55 and is unit 1C on the first floor. We will let shoppers in every 15 minutes, starting at 9am until 2:45. Please wait at the front entrance and do not block entrances from residents. There is limited guest parking in the lot attached to the building. There is additional open parking across the street. Please do not block resident parking spaces. Please follow us on social media to get sneak peaks on our upcoming sales. We honor a watched list. Please line up in order of arrival. We elect the right to open early to help with crowd management. Please do not block ANY driveways. Parking in estate property driveway is reserved for shoppers while loading their purchases. We accept cash and credit cards (credit card is a minimum of $20, and will be charged a 3% fee or $2, whichever is higher). Children are not permitted into the sales for their safety. Restrooms are not available to the public, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please bring help to carry out items. You are welcome to pay for large items and come back with appropriate help during sale hours. Thanks for reading the fine print. We appreciate you! |
