· This is an ONLINE auction only.
· Personal Property: A 10% Buyer's Premium & 6% General or 2.5% Farm Sales Tax will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Please note: No sales tax will be collected on vehicles. A $25 title processing fee will be charged for each vehicle purchased.
· Payment in full is required before items may be removed from the premises. Payment options: Cash, check payable to Fowler Auction or credit card on file (or other card).
· Winning invoices will be emailed by midnight auction night to the e-mail address used for registration. Please check your profile to ensure your email & credit card information are correct. NOTE: You now have the option to pay your invoice online when you receive your invoice by email.
THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND & STAGGERED CLOSING: When a bid is placed on an item in the final 3 minutes of bidding for that lot, bidding on that lot will automatically be extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction lot scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time for that lot will automatically extend to 6:02). The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received on a certain lot within a 3-minute time frame. Lots will close in groups every 3 minutes. Lots that extend will continue to remain open until there has been no bidding within a 3-minute time frame.
